These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InvesticaWealth. By registering for an account, subscribing to any advisory service, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

InvesticaWealth acts solely in an advisory capacity. We do not execute trades on your behalf. All trades are executed through your existing brokerage account via integrated third-party platforms.

All investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. There is no guarantee that any investment strategy or portfolio will achieve its intended results. The value of investments can fluctuate, and you may receive less than you originally invested.
Past performance of any strategy, including backtested results, does not guarantee future returns. Backtested performance is hypothetical and may not reflect actual trading conditions, including slippage, liquidity constraints, and transaction costs.
InvesticaWealth does not promise, guarantee, or assure any fixed returns. Any projections, estimates, or forward-looking statements are based on quantitative models and historical analysis and are subject to significant uncertainty.
Our services are advisory in nature. You retain full discretion over your investment decisions. InvesticaWealth's recommendations should not be construed as a guarantee of specific outcomes. You are advised to read all scheme-related documents and consult with independent financial and legal advisers before making investment decisions.
InvesticaWealth may charge advisory fees, subscription fees, or performance-based fees as disclosed on the Platform. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Fee structures are communicated at the time of subscription and may be revised with prior notice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. InvesticaWealth does not store your payment card or banking information directly.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, strategy names, research reports, software, and design — is the intellectual property of InvesticaWealth Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from InvesticaWealth.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
InvesticaWealth takes reasonable measures to protect your personal and financial information using industry-standard encryption and security practices.
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including brokerage platforms, Smallcase Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and payment processors. InvesticaWealth is not responsible for the terms, conditions, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party service providers. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InvesticaWealth and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to investment losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
InvesticaWealth's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to InvesticaWealth in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InvesticaWealth, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
InvesticaWealth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
InvesticaWealth may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting InvesticaWealth's support team at the contact details provided on the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by InvesticaWealth on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and InvesticaWealth regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
